1:1 Personalized Training · $350/month

Real Coaching. Real Conversations.

Built Around You.

A fully personalized strength program with live coaching every two weeks — a monthly Zoom and a phone — built by a Doctor of Physical Therapy around your sport, your body, and your injury history.

What makes 1:1 different

A personalized program is one thing. A personal coach is another.

The $200 Adventure Strong Coaching program gives you a personalized program and monthly updates — excellent coaching delivered through the app without live calls.

This program adds something different: a real, ongoing coaching relationship. We connect every two weeks — a 30-minute Zoom and a 15-minute phone check-in — and your program adjusts at every touch point based on what I’m hearing and seeing. Both programs now start with a live onboarding call — the difference is that 1:1 coaching continues with live touch points every two weeks, while Adventure Strong Coaching moves to messaging after the kickoff.

When something changes in your body, your season, or your life, your program changes with it. That’s the difference between a personalized program and a personal coach.

WHAT YOU GET

Everything inside 1:1 Coaching

Your program, built from scratch

Before we start I review your intake form, watch your movement videos, and build your program specifically around your sport, your injury history, your schedule, and your goals. Not a template. Yours.

Monthly 30-minute Zoom coaching session

Every month we connect on video for 30 minutes. We review how training is going, watch movement together, and I update your program based on what I'm seeing and hearing.

60-minute onboarding Zoom (first month only)

Your first session is an extended 60-minute Zoom — we go through your movement assessment together, set your goals, and build your program as a collaboration. This is what the one-time $50 onboarding fee covers. *Month 1 Only - One Time

Program adjustments at every touch point

Because we connect every two weeks, your program can change as fast as you do. Hard adventure weekend ahead? We adjust load. Something flaring up? We modify before you train through it.

Monthly 15-minute phone check-in

Two weeks after your Zoom, we do a 15-minute phone call — quick, focused, accountable. How did the last two weeks go? What's coming up? Your program stays current between full sessions.

Direct access via app messaging

Questions between touch points? Message me in the app. You're never waiting two weeks to find out if you should train through something.

YOUR COACH

Why Dr. Liz

I’m Dr. Liz Koch — Doctor of Physical Therapy, strength coach, mountain biker, hiker, paddler, and mom of two (a four-year-old and a baby under one).

I have hypermobility. I’ve dealt with back and neck pain. I’ve had surgeries that took me off the trail and out of the gym — and I’ve rebuilt my strength from scratch using progressive, evidence-based training. I know what it’s like to have a body with a complicated history and still want to adventure fully.

I keep my 1:1 roster small intentionally. When I work with someone at this level I want to actually know their body — not just their intake form. I want to hear how last weekend went. I want to know when something feels off before it becomes a problem.

That level of attention requires limits — which is why there are only ever 8–12 women in this program at a time.

Questions

Each Zoom is 30 minutes. We review how training has been going, watch any movement videos you’ve sent, talk through how your body is responding, and I update your program based on what I’m hearing and seeing. It’s part coaching session, part movement review, part check-in. The first month’s Zoom is 60 minutes — we use that extra time for a full movement assessment, goal-setting, and building your program together.

The phone check-in happens midway through the month — roughly two weeks after your Zoom. It’s short and focused: how are the workouts going, anything to adjust. It keeps your program current between full sessions without requiring a lot of your time. Most clients tell me it’s one of the most valuable parts of the program because it catches things before they become problems.

Your first month includes a 60-minute Zoom instead of the standard 30. We use that extra time for a full movement assessment, goal-setting, and building your program together as a collaboration. The $50 covers that extended first session — it happens once and then it’s just $350/month going forward.

The $200 program doesn’t have any specific scheduled things, once the onboarding call is completed — you get a personalized program with monthly updates and weekly check-in prompts via the app, but there are no live calls. The $350 program adds two live touch points every month: a 30-minute Zoom and a 15-minute phone check-in. If you want real-time coaching and a live relationship with Dr. Liz, this is the program for you.

I’ll ask about your equipment in the application and build your program around what you have. Most programs use resistance bands, dumbbells or kettlebells, and bodyweight. A full gym isn’t required — but if you have access to one, we can absolutely use it.

Life happens — especially with outdoor sports, kids, travel, and everything else. We reschedule. If a month gets complicated, I adjust the following month’s programming accordingly. The goal is always continuity, not perfection.

I keep this intentionally small — typically 8–12 clients at a time. When I work with someone at this level I want to actually know their body, their sport, and their goals. That requires limits. If there’s no availability right now I’ll let you know and add you to the waitlist.

This is one of the most common reasons women come to me for 1:1 coaching specifically. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy who has dealt with my own injuries and surgeries, I build programs that take your history seriously — and because we connect every two weeks, I can respond quickly when something changes.

Yes. No contracts, no commitment periods. Cancel anytime with no penalty. The $50 onboarding fee is the only one-time charge — after that it’s month to month.
